The Try-It event attracted 54 individuals to 3 different courses on the trails at Mt. Van Hoevenberg this past Sunday. This event catered to people who were interested to try some Ski-O as individuals or in groups. Hopefully some of them will want to continue and enter some of the events this season. If you are hosting an event this season, give some thought to offering an introduction for first-timers. I believe this is the key to growing the sport. Many thanks to Janet Findlay and David Hunter for organizing and running this popular day.
