The ski-o event scheduled for this Saturday, Jan. 15 at Mt. van Hoevenberg has been cancelled due to poor conditions. At present only the short artificial loop is open for skiing, and though there is some snow forecast for tonight it is nowhere near certain that there will be enough to open up additional terrain by Saturday. However with a weekend storm and cold temperatures on the horizon, things are looking good for the Empire State Games Feb. 1-2!
