From the meet director: If you plan to come, please send me (philht@gmail.com) an e-mail stating your intention to attend and what equipment you plan to use (skis, bike, etc.), so that I can have enough maps printed. Also, list your SI stick number, or if you don’t have an SI stick of your own, let me know that so I can keep track of how many SI sticks we will be renting (or need to come up with). But no matter whether you advise me or not: just show up! I’ll have extra maps and will accommodate you one way or another.
